We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
Kindly provide us with the number of guests who will be staying during the booking process, as this information is crucial for arranging suitable bedding and amenities. Please note that if we find additional guests present at the property beyond the number confirmed during booking, the booking may be subject to cancellation and/or additional charges. Occasionally, we may require the details of all guests to facilitate our vetting process. To ensure a smoother experience, we kindly request you to include all guest details in the booking. We greatly appreciate your honesty in this matter.
Check in is from 2pm, and check out is at 10am, unless organised directly with us prior to booking confirmation. Please respect the 10am check-out time, if our housekeepers are not able to do the cleaning on time, it means the next guests cannot get in on time and your may be liable for a delayed entry fee. If we are in a position to offer a later check out, we will let you know a couple of days prior to your booking.
Please take care of our property and treat it as if it were your own and leave the property in the same condition you found it. This includes leaving cook top, oven, fridge and BBQ in clean condition, cleaning of all dishes and kitchen items, removing all rubbish when checking out to the bins. If any waste is left behind there may be an additional charge to have it removed.
There is a NO SMOKING POLICY at Wallaringa Farm, in the house or around it. Please respect this and take care to look after our little slice of paradise.
Please keep food and drink out of the bedrooms. Stains and spills can be difficult on the delicate fabrics and carpet. Any damage and specialist cleaning charges will be passed on to the guest.
No pets are allowed. Wallaringa is a working farm, with cattle and horses. To keep you and our livestock safe, we ask that you stay in the fenced areas around the house unless approved by us. Please do not feed the animals, and beware of electric fencing, especially with small children.
As a guiding principle, we ask that you leave the space as you found it. However, if we discover an exceptional level of mess that goes beyond a standard clean, or evidence of furniture rearrangement and parties, a deep-cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
We understand that accidents and broken items can occur. Life happens! If such incidents happen, please inform us and leave the affected item as it is, so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
On the other hand, any intentional damage, illegal behaviour or theft will be promptly reported to the police. We believe that this approach is firm yet fair, and we are proud to say that we have never encountered any problems regarding this policy.
STRICTLY NO HOUSE PARTIES, bucks weekends, weddings, camping or camper-vans, events or gatherings of any kind, unless approved by us prior to booking.
By prior arrangement only. Additional fees will apply if we discover parties, events, photoshoots, or the like have taken place without our consent.
When you accept the booking confirmation you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. For any questions or concerns, please contact us.
