Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking, accessing the property, or staying at Wallaringa Farm, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all guests and visitors attending the property, including those included under the booking reservation. For the purposes of these Terms, “Booked Accommodation” means the accommodation identified in the confirmed booking reservation, being The Farmhouse, South Stable, North Stable, or any combination of these. A booking only permits access to and use of the Booked Accommodation and any shared or outdoor areas expressly made available to those guests. Guests must not enter or use any other accommodation, private area, or facility at Wallaringa Farm unless prior written approval has been provided. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in cancellation of the booking, immediate removal from the property, forfeiture of the security bond, additional charges, and/or refusal of future bookings.

The primary guest making the booking must be at least 21 years of age and must remain on the property for the duration of the stay.
All guests staying at The Stables must be at least 18 years of age. The Stables are strictly adults only and are not suitable for infants or children.
Wallaringa Farm reserves the right to refuse bookings deemed unsuitable for the property, including bookings associated with parties, unauthorised events, excessive noise, antisocial behaviour, or unsafe conduct.

Strict guest limits apply at all times.
The maximum occupancy for The Farmhouse is six guests in total, including children.
The maximum occupancy for each Stable is two adult guests. Where South Stable and North Stable are booked together, the maximum occupancy is four adult guests in total, with no more than two adult guests staying in either Stable.
Only guests included on the confirmed booking reservation may enter or remain on the property unless prior written approval has been provided by Wallaringa Farm.
Unauthorised visitors, gatherings, parties, celebrations, commercial activities, or events are strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing.
Exceeding approved guest numbers may result in:
• immediate termination of the booking
• removal from the property without refund
• forfeiture of the security bond
• additional guest fees and operational recovery costsAdditional unauthorised guests may incur charges of up to $300 per person, per night.

A security bond of $1,000 applies to stays at The Farmhouse. A security bond of $500 applies to stays at South Stable or North Stable.
Wallaringa Farm reserves the right to retain part or all of the security bond where damage, additional cleaning, remediation, missing items, unauthorised use, safety breaches, or breaches of these Terms occur.
Deductions may include, but are not limited to:
property damage
stained or damaged linen, towels, bedding, mattress protectors, rugs, carpets, soft furnishings or furniture
specialist cleaning, stain treatment, deodorising, laundering, replacement or remediation costs
excessive cleaning, rubbish removal, food waste removal or BBQ cleaning
smoking or vaping violations
unauthorised pets, visitors, parties, events or commercial use
restricted area access or interference with farm equipment, infrastructure, timber, gates, fences, animals or supplies
fire safety breaches or unauthorised fire activity
excessive firewood use
unauthorised EV charging or misuse of power outlets
missing, damaged or relocated items
late checkout or unauthorised early check in
operational delays, call out fees, contractor fees, administrative recovery costs or other reasonable costs caused by guest conduct
Where the cost of damage, cleaning, replacement, remediation or operational loss exceeds the security bond, guests remain responsible for the reasonable balance owing.
Wallaringa Farm will make reasonable attempts to contact guests regarding proposed charges using the details provided at booking. If no response is received within a reasonable timeframe, Wallaringa Farm reserves the right to process applicable deductions or charges.
Wallaringa Farm will provide reasonable details of deductions where practical, including invoices, photographs, cleaner notes or other supporting documentation. Deductions are not intended as a penalty and are applied to recover reasonable costs, losses and remediation expenses arising from the stay.

For direct bookings, 50% of the total booking value is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to gday@wallaringafarm.com.au.
As Wallaringa Farm reserves each stay exclusively, guests are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, including coverage for cancellations, illness, travel disruptions, weather events, and unforeseen circumstances.
Direct Bookings
More than 30 days prior to arrival
Payments received will be refunded less non refundable third party processing fees, including Stripe and Lodgify transaction fees.14 to 30 days prior to arrival
50% of the total booking value will be forfeited.Less than 14 days prior to arrival
All payments are non refundable.No refunds will be provided for:
• late arrivals
• early departures
• change of mind
• weather conditions
• road closures outside our control
• Total Fire Ban restrictions
• guest illness or personal circumstances
• unused nights or servicesWhere possible, Wallaringa Farm may, at its sole discretion, offer date changes or booking credits. Approval is not guaranteed and may incur rate adjustments or administrative fees.
Third Party Bookings
Bookings made via third party platforms including Airbnb are subject to the cancellation policies, terms and conditions, fees, and dispute processes of the respective platform at the time of booking.
These policies may differ from those applicable to direct bookings made through Wallaringa Farm.

Check in and check out times must be strictly observed unless otherwise approved in writing.
Unauthorised early check in or late checkout may incur additional fees where it affects cleaning, maintenance, property preparation, guest changeover, staff scheduling or operational requirements.
Unauthorised late checkouts may incur additional fees.
Wallaringa Farm reserves the right to enter the property after checkout time where required for operational, cleaning, maintenance, or safety purposes.

Wallaringa Farm is intended to provide a peaceful rural experience for guests, neighbouring properties, and local wildlife.
Noise must be kept to respectful levels at all times.
Quiet hours apply from 10:00pm to 7:00am daily.
Parties, loud gatherings, amplified music, external speakers, disruptive behaviour, excessive noise, or antisocial conduct are strictly prohibited.
Any booking suspected of hosting a party or unauthorised event may be immediately terminated without refund.
Security, law enforcement, or third party intervention costs resulting from guest behaviour may be charged to the guest.

Children and infants are permitted as registered guests of The Farmhouse only and are included within The Farmhouse maximum occupancy of six guests.
The Stables are strictly adults only. Persons under 18 years of age, including infants and children, are not permitted to stay in or enter South Stable, North Stable, or any private guest area provided exclusively for The Stables.
Children staying at The Farmhouse must be actively supervised by an adult at all times while on the property.
Wallaringa Farm is a rural property containing inherent hazards including:
• dams and water hazards
• uneven ground
• fences and gates
• farm equipment
• livestock and wildlife
• insects and snakes
• rural terrain and natural obstaclesGuests acknowledge that children must never be left unsupervised around animals, water, paddocks, roads, gates, or outdoor areas.
Wallaringa Farm accepts no responsibility for injuries arising from inadequate supervision.

Wallaringa Farm is a working rural property and guests acknowledge that inherent rural risks exist.
Guests enter and use the property entirely at their own risk.
Guests must not:
• enter restricted paddocks or farm areas
• climb fences or gates
• chase, feed, handle, or disturb animals
• leave gates open
• interfere with farm infrastructure or equipmentRestricted areas include, but are not limited to, sheds, storage areas, machinery areas, paddocks, gates, fenced farm zones, staff only areas, maintenance areas and any area not clearly made available for guest use.
Guests must not remove, handle, burn, relocate, damage, interfere with or use any farm equipment, timber, pallets, firewood stores, tools, machinery, supplies, animal feed, building materials or property infrastructure unless expressly authorised in writing.
Any unauthorised access to restricted areas or interference with farm property may result in termination of the booking, forfeiture of the security bond, additional charges, and liability for repair, replacement, remediation, safety or operational costs.
Animals may only be interacted with where expressly invited or instructed by Wallaringa Farm staff.
Guests may be held financially responsible for injury, veterinary costs, property damage, or operational losses caused by guest negligence or non compliance.

To protect the health and welfare of animals on the property, strict biosecurity measures apply.
Guests must not introduce animals, feed livestock inappropriate food, or bring external agricultural materials, feed, or equipment onto the property.
Any guest behaviour resulting in illness, injury, or contamination risks to animals may result in financial liability.

Pets are strictly prohibited on the property.
Unauthorised animals present serious risks including:
• livestock stress or injury
• biosecurity risks
• guest allergy exposure
• property damage
• wildlife disturbanceBringing an unauthorised pet or animal onto the property may result in:
• immediate termination of the booking
• removal from the property without refund
• forfeiture of the full $1000 security bond
• additional cleaning, remediation, or damage charges where applicable

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all accommodation buildings.
Evidence of smoking or vaping indoors may result in specialist cleaning charges, odour remediation costs, and forfeiture of part or all of the security bond.
Illegal substances and unlawful activity are strictly prohibited on the property.

Due to the rural location and bushfire risk, strict fire safety rules apply at all times.
Any outdoor fire pit made available for use with the Booked Accommodation may only be used:
• during approved cooler months
• when weather conditions permit
• in accordance with all instructions providedFire pit use is strictly prohibited during:
• Total Fire Bans
• high fire danger periods
• dry or windy conditions
• government or local authority restrictionsGuests must never leave fires unattended.
Candles, fireworks, open flames, fire twirling, lantern releases, or unauthorised fire activity are strictly prohibited.
Only firewood expressly provided for guest use may be used. Guests must not collect, remove, burn, or attempt to burn timber, pallets, fencing, farm materials, equipment, supplies, or any other items from the property.
A reasonable amount of firewood will be provided for guest enjoyment. Excessive firewood use, unsafe fire behaviour, or burning unauthorised materials may incur additional charges, including replacement, labour, delivery, clean up, safety, remediation, emergency response, property damage, regulatory penalties, or related losses.
Wallaringa Farm may determine excessive use by reference to the amount supplied, length of stay, number of guests, weather conditions, ordinary reasonable use, and any additional supply or staff attendance required during the booking.

Guests are expected to leave the Booked Accommodation and all areas used during their stay in a respectful, clean and reasonable condition.
Additional cleaning, laundering, stain treatment, deodorising, remediation or replacement charges may apply where excessive mess, rubbish, stains, spills, food waste, bodily fluids, smoke odours, glitter, confetti, wax, oils, make up, fake tan, wine, food, drink, mud, ash, burns or damage requiring additional or specialist cleaning is identified.
Guests must not eat or drink in bedrooms. Any staining or damage to linen, towels, bedding, mattress protectors, mattresses, carpets, rugs, furniture or soft furnishings may incur cleaning, treatment, replacement or remediation charges.
Where items cannot be adequately cleaned, sanitised, repaired or restored after reasonable attempts, guests may be charged the reasonable replacement cost, taking into account the nature of the item, the extent of damage, hygiene requirements, availability of replacement items and any savings or discounts obtained.
Cleaning and remediation charges may range from $150 to $1000+ depending on the extent of restoration required.
Guests are financially responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, specialist treatment, replacement costs, contractor call outs, rubbish removal, and operational losses caused during their stay, whether accidental, negligent, reckless or intentional.

Furniture and styling items must not be moved outdoors or relocated within or between accommodation spaces without prior approval.
Confetti, glitter, adhesives, nails, permanent decorations, or materials likely to damage surfaces are prohibited.
Commercial photography, filming, workshops, styled shoots, influencer campaigns, content creation, or production activity require prior written approval and may incur additional fees.

Guests must only park in designated areas.
Driving on paddocks, landscaped areas, lawns, restricted farm tracks, shed areas or farm access zones is prohibited unless expressly approved.
Electric vehicle charging is not included in the accommodation tariff. EV charging using any power outlet on the property is not permitted unless expressly approved in writing.
Where EV charging is approved, a fee of $30 per vehicle, per stay applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unauthorised EV charging, misuse of power outlets, use of extension leads, unsafe charging, or damage caused by charging may incur additional charges, including electricity use, safety inspection, repair, replacement, call out or damage liability.

Wallaringa Farm reserves the right to access the Booked Accommodation or other areas of the property where reasonably necessary for:
• emergencies
• maintenance
• safety concerns
• animal welfare
• property inspections
• compliance with these TermsWhere practical, reasonable notice will be provided.

External security cameras may operate in exterior and entry areas for safety, security, and property protection purposes.
No surveillance devices are installed within private interior guest accommodation spaces.
Tampering with security systems is prohibited.
External camera footage may be reviewed where there is a security concern, safety concern, suspected breach of these Terms, unauthorised access, damage, missing items, restricted area access, animal welfare concern, fire safety concern, or dispute regarding guest conduct.
Footage may be retained and used as supporting evidence where reasonably required for security, insurance, payment, dispute resolution, platform, legal or regulatory purposes.

Guests agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks for charges validly applied under these Terms & Conditions.
Where a chargeback is initiated for a legitimate charge, Wallaringa Farm reserves the right to provide booking records, signed agreements, correspondence, security evidence and documentation to the payment provider or financial institution.
Guests remain liable for all valid charges, damages, and outstanding amounts associated with their booking.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights guests may have under Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallaringa Farm is not liable for:
• personal injury
• illness
• accidents
• theft or loss of personal belongings
• damage to vehicles
• weather events
• wildlife or insect interactions
• interruptions to utilities, internet, or services outside reasonable controlNothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Wallaringa Farm is not liable for cancellations, interruptions, or inability to provide accommodation arising from events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• bushfires
• floods
• severe weather
• power outages
• road closures
• government restrictions
• natural disasters -
Wallaringa Farm reserves the right to:
• refuse entry
• cancel bookings
• terminate stays immediately
• remove guests from the property without refundWhere guests breach these Terms, create safety risks, damage property, mistreat animals, exceed occupancy limits, disturb neighbours, or engage in illegal, abusive, or unsafe conduct.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
